Sales and Marketing Services Executive

Alila Fort Bishangarh is a heritage fortress lovingly restored and transformed into a luxury resort. The original fort is left intact, with much care given to ecological restoration and the reconstruction of new residential areas, to recreate the courtly flavour of Shahpura's royalty. Located in Bishangarh Village in the Jaipur District, barely 6km off the Delhi-Jaipur National Highway, Alila Fort Bishangarh is easily accessible from both Delhi and Jaipur.

You create memorable dining experiences for guests by providing them with a high level of food and beverage service.  You listen to your guests and offer specific suggestions from the menu to satisfy their needs, wants and desires.  You enjoy working as part of a team and help your colleagues whenever you can.

Responsibility

  • Updating internal database
  • Managing annual Sales contract
  • Organizing sales trade show
  • Managing and scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangement
  • To coordinate all aspects of internal marketing and sales event
  • Engages in customer service by making information readily available for media hub inquiry
  • Managing sales & marketing budget and administrative
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or similar
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in the related field at a hotel or resort
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office- Ms. Word, Ms. Excel & Ms. Power Point skills 
  • Conversant profoundly in English and Mandarin (Written and Spoken)
  • Team player and also be able to work independently
  • Excellent in Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong adaptability to different environment 
  • Strong networking ability and attention to detail
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Creativity and writing skills
  • Good in Numerical skills
